The best way to spread Christmas cheer is singing loud for all to hear and we cannot wait to welcome KATHRYN DAVIES to YSBD on Sunday 11th December.

Kathryn will be working with all our Main School students to host a festive singing workshop during our Christmas party. We cannot wait to get into the Christmas spirit and learn from Kathryn’s amazing professional experiences.

ABOUT KATHRYN:
Kathryn trained at Mountview and worked in the industry from 2000-2010 as a performer. Kathryn met her husband on the UK tour of Blood Brothers which she was fortunate to spend 3 years in with a stint in the west end too! Kathryn started teaching singing in between her performing work and found a real joy in building confidence and performing skills in young budding performers. She saw many of her former pupils successfully through auditions for west end shows and also drama schools. She achieved a Teaching Diploma with London College of Music in Musical Theatre.

Kathryn was also a singing teacher for West End Stage summer school in London and ran the North Wales summer school for 10 years.

In 2010 Kathryn started working for Rock Choir and 12 years later leads over 600 people across Cheshire who just love to sing.
Kathryn’s passion for musical theatre stays with her and she is so excited to be working with YSBD on their final week of term 🤩
